Leads teams to plan, document, and support basic to highly complex improvements and corrections of core systems, technical solutions and architectures. Works with internal / external business and technical teams to define requirements. Performs gap analyses, configuration design, and data mapping exercises for interfaces, enhancements and improvements. Reviews ongoing project status and risks with Information Technology (IT) management. Leads teams to perform basic to highly complex requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, system integration testing, system installation, and deployment of one or several of the firm’s core business systems or modules. Prepares detailed functional specifications and documentation including data mapping details, application program interfaces, exception handling etc., to support hand- off to technical development team for implementation. Develops test cases to support unit-testing of solution ownership. Performs detailed unit-testing and provides feedback to application developers or 3rd party developers to support successful execution. Analyzes and isolates core systems application issues, performs problem resolution and troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support through resolution. Improves systems performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions. Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. May supervise the work of junior staff on project work. Provides advice in area of expertise outside of the business analysis group. Performs other duties as required.
Lead IT Business Analyst (Fusion HCM)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline. 7 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
